According to the band's website, the yet-to-be-titled record is due out in the U.S. on August 25. The 10-track set was produced by Queens of the Stone Age's Josh Homme and Simian Mobile Disco's James Ford (who also plays in frontman Alex Turner's side-project the Last Shadow Puppets) in Brooklyn.
So what does it sound like? "It's much more psychedelic than their first album," Ford said late last year. More recently Turner told NME that the band found inspiration in Black Sabbath, explaining that the record would feature "the most complicated riff you've ever heard." Fingers crossed!
