Mwa ha ha! It's the toppling of an evil empire! MTV is starting to loose it's power - or at least in Times Square.

MTV's parent, Viacom, didn't renew the studio lease in Times Square, and it has been put back on the market. MTV opened the studio in 1997 when they first started airing TRL, which the stopped running last September.

I just miss the good old days when they played (good) music videos...and you know, music in general.
